Yet to clear pending dues of their Navi Mumbai customers, Kawasaki India has announced the launch of a new special edition motorcycle to boost sales during Diwali 2016.
Kawasaki Z800 limited edition is launched in India where it is seen in the same price and same engine specifications while a new color scheme sets it apart. The Kawasaki Z800 limited edition is seen with a blue headlamp cowl and tail section while the same color continues to lower half of the fuel tank while top section is painted black.
The Z800 also receives red and white decals and gold painted upside down forks while matching blue stripes are seen on rims. The Kawasaki Z800 sits on black alloy wheels fitted with 120/70-ZR17 front and 180/55-ZR17 rear tyres.
Kawasaki Z800 continues to be powered by an 806cc, four cylinder engine offering peak power of 113 PS at 10,200 rpm and 83 Nm torque at 8,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
This limited edition is set to attract buyers this festive season even as the company has announced a replacement in the form of the Kawasaki Z900 sometime soon. Kawasaki Z900 will make its debut at 2016 EICMA Show in Milan being held from 8-13 November when more details will be evident.
