BMW GS 310 Adventure has been recently spied testing outside India for the first time. Expected to make its world debut at 2016 EICMA in Milan, Italy.
Finally, this Saturday brings a good news to all you who were eagerly waiting for the adventure version of the BMW G310R. Expected to be christened BMW GS 310 Adventure, the motorcycle has been recently spotted testing outside India for the first time.
In the recent image, three test mules of the BMW GS 310 Adventure have been seen parked back to back on a public road.Powering the BMW GS 310 Adventure will be the same 313cc, four-stroke, liquid-cooled engine that runs its streetfighter cousin - G310R.
The fuel injected mill comes mated to a six-speed transmission and churns out a maximum power of 34 bhp along with a peak torque output of 28 Nm. The motor in the BMW GS 310 Adventure has been fine tuned in order to receive changes in power and torque figures.The main highlights of the upcoming BMW GS 310 Adventure are windscreen at the front, taller suspension set up, raised front fender along with a heighted bare athletic rear end.
The suspension set up comprises of inverted forks up front while the rear has been assisted with a mono shock absorber. Talking about what brings the motorcycle to a halt, the BMW GS 310 Adventure will come equipped with disc brake installed at both ends that will further come linked to an Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) at least as an option. The bike is also expected to get dual purpose tyres for conquering the terrains with ease.
The motorcycle is expected to make its world debut at 2016 EICMA motorcycle show in Milan, Italy and will be launched in the European markets soon after. Talking of India, the motorcycle might take some time to be launched here as the company would want to analyse the market conditions along with the feasibility.
